Annual output is rapidly growing from about 3000 Ton in 1968 when the Company was established to about 30,000 Ton at present. The average working ratio of the factory is maintained over 95% per annum. At present, Incheon Factory is manufacturing KA-100, Anatase TiO2 for textile processing on the basis of the management principles of the Company “Small production of various kinds of products” and high value-added products.

While all Anatase TiO2 for textile processing was imported until now, Anatase for textile processing manufactured by Cosmo must create substantial effects to replace imports. Moreover, as Cosmo enters into the global markets dominated by multinational companies, Cosmo is sure to squarely compete with competitors.

Onsan Factory is equipped with full automatic systems realizing eco-friendly concepts and international competitiveness for the first time in Korea. In geographical aspects, it is convenient to transport raw materials and the suppliers for main ingredients are on the same complex. Thus, Osan Factory can reduce logistics costs and secure stable supply of raw materials and accessories.

Onsan Factory manufactures special grades such as general Anatase and Anatase for textile processing and in the long-term, will manufacture Rutile TiO2 that we currently depend on imports.
It exhausts gases about 50% less than the environmental law as introducing eco-friendly concepts and is equipped with state-of-art facilities such as ACU and electrostatic precipitator like Incheon Factory. Cosmo set the long-term master plans aiming to activate economy in localization age and contribute to national economic development as building integrated inorganic chemical complex of the 21st century in Osan Factory.
